AZUAGA 68

The project consists of two buildings, the northern building called Azuaga 68 and the southern building called Ernesto 65, with construction work starting in July 2024.

The Azuaga 68 building consists of 10 units, 4 T0, 4 T1 and 2 T2.
The building will be built with a medium to high standard finish.

The apartments will have: kitchen with Margrés ceramic flooring or similar, Silestone compact quartz countertops, living rooms and bedrooms with oak flooring and walls covered in painted plasterboard; bathroom covered in Margrés ceramic or similar. The bathrooms will all be high quality suspended.

All apartments will be delivered with all Siemens appliances and Midea air conditioning. Water heating system with heat pump. The energy certification will be level A.

​Both buildings have an elevator and the access ramp to the garage will be via Rua Ernesto Silva.
